Blessing of Girls

We will again have a special blessing for girls on the Saturday after the Entrance of the Mother of God (Presentation of the Virgin Mary) into the Temple. According to tradition, the holy Virgin was escorted to the temple by many young women. We pray that the Virgin Mother will accompany the young ladies of our community on their journey through life, and to the heavenly kingdom.

Please invite other families with girls to join in this special blessing.
